Details of Motorola’s forthcoming SCPL leaked
Recently, Motorola released a few tasty bits of info about its forthcoming Motorola SCPL mobile phone, which is set to replace the now-ageing RAZR sometime next year. Of key interest was Motorola bigwig Ron Garrique's claim that the new phones will have five features that will make them stand out from their rivals.
Now, more information has been leaked that reveals exactly what those five features are.
More details of the Motorola SCPL after the jump.
Well, here's the spec of the forthcoming SCPL phones:

Um...! It's a slim, budget candybar. It has Bluetooth 2.0, an FM radio, and er, well....that's it! Not exactly going to set the world on fire.
The only things of note are the "etc.", which leaves the door open for more as-yet-unannounced features, and the 5mm thickness of the phone. If Motorola can pull this off, this will make the SCPL the thinnest phone in the world (assuming Samsung et al. don't release a 4mm phone between now and the SCPL's release).
Of course, the number of millimetres just happens to match the number of features hinted at by Garrique. Did somebody somewhere confuse 'features' with 'millimetres'?! If so, we're all set for yet another Motorola-inspired dissapointment! Marvellous.
