Camera phones have come on in leaps and bounds this year, evolving from the poor quality VGA resolution of two years ago to the 10 megapixel monsters of today. But how good are Nokia's camera phones at producing good results?
This is a concept phone based on Sony Ericsson's Walkman phone range, designed by Torbjorn Eriksson. The design is based around the old rotary dials of old landline phones, which although being a bit unergonomic (imagine texting with the thing?!), does make for a good looking phone.
With most new products, a list of "the best 40 fakes of [insert overhyped-product here]" would merit a single post at most, but with Apple's iPhone, you get a whole blog devoted to such fakes. So much hype surrounds Apple's forthcoming iPhone that Okan Vardarova decided to create a blog showcasing the best photoshopped 'concept iPhones' (aka fakes) that have been created by Apple FanBoys worldwide. The Samsung D900 currently takes the honours for the world's thinnest slider phone, at just 12.9mm thin. Despite its slimness, it's not exactly feature-light, though. Top of the list comes the 3 megapixel camera with autofocus, closely followed by a great QVGA screen, MP3 player, TV Out, support for microSD cards, and GPRS, EDGE class 10 and Bluetooth connectivity.

Of course this may change as other people ask "hey, why isn't my site listed?", causing the list to be subsequently updated (I was number 46 this morning!) - but still, bask in the glow of glory while I can!
The Sony Ericsson W300i is a low end mobile phone that's now available in most areas. Although it doesn't have great camera or video features, it has superb audio qualities, as it's another of Sony Ericsson's Walkman models.
Gigabyte have released the new Gigabyte Keroro phone for kids. Based on the Japanese manga cartoon Keroro Gunso (you know - the one where Earth is invaded by a race of extraterrestrial frogs), the new Gigabyte phone is unmistakably frog-like, and obviously designed to appeal to kids (and adults too, apparently!).
